Shipping Information
Orders are shipped to you from our manufacturing facility in Vermont and most ship via UPS Ground service.
Orders which contain certain arbors are shipped via Truck. Certain products must be shipped by truck and are charged at their transit cost. These include but are not limited to:
- Brant Point Arbors
- All arbors 5' and larger
- All gates 4-1/2' and larger
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your order arrival time depends on the UPS zone that you live in. Generally, it takes from 1 to 4 days. Orders containing arbors or other large, bulky items may take longer.
Return Policy
- At Nantucket Post Cap, we guarantee our products against any defects in workmanship for 90 days. We carry a high-quality product at a reasonably low price and our customers deserve to and must be fully satisfied.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, but they incur a 20% restock fee, unless you choose to re-order another product. If the return is a result of an error we made, we will pay the return shipping costs.
- You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Please check the product specifications and the product's suitability carefully before placing an order. If you decide to return a product without fault, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you need more specific information, please call us for specific instructions.
If you do find that you need to return an item from Nantucket Post Cap, please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:
- Copy of the packing slip
- Reason for return
- How you would like us to proceed with your order: credit on your account, replacement or refund.
